It was another successful meeting for the Forcefield supported riders at round six of the MCE British Superbike Championship at the Brands Hatch GP Circuit. Thousands of fans crammed into the fantastic circuit and were treated to some action packed racing over the weekend.

The biggest disaster of the weekend was with current leader of the National Superstock 1000 Championship Adam Jenkinson, who crashed out heavily at the first turn, Paddock Hill on the second lap of the race whilst sitting in second place. He now only leads the Championship by one point going into the next round at Oulton Park.

Adam Jenkinson - "The weekend was going well up until the race, I tipped off at Paddock on the second lap from second place. The front just washed out from under me and at that stage I wasn't even pushing too hard. The Forcefield stuff was mega though I walked away with not a mark on me so must thank them all for such good kit."

In the British Supersport Championship Ben Wilson once again secured a pair of good results with a third and fourth. Youngster Jake Dixon took a double victory in the Supersport Cup plus two sixth places in the main Championship and also became the first Cup rider to secure pole position for race two. Bjorn Estment also gained two solid second places in the British Supersport Cup races which were two of the most thrilling races seen all season. Graeme Gowland secured his first podium of the season for the Seton Tuning Yamaha team.

Tristan Palmer has settled back into the National Superstock 1000 Championship really well and took another great third place at Brands Hatch. In the Superstock 600 class current 2012 Motostar Champion Luke Hedger took his first win in the fiercely competitive class and is now only 16 points from the Championship leader.
