AVAILABLE FROM SPRING 2012
New for 2012 the Forcefield Race-Lite Vest incorporates a highly flexible and breathable CE approved back protector in an ergonomically designed technical fleece vest.
Certified to EN1621 – 2 Level 2 the back protector 3d moulds to the body’s natural shape when in use creating a supremely comfortable fit. Held firmly in place with the aid of a separate adjustable waist strap the vest is secured at the front with a high quality zip with “garage” to enclose the zip at its top point and stop irritation. A full gripper elastic is added at the hem to stop the vest lifting.
The low profile back protector is formed from M15 Armour a specialised polymer from Nitrile rubber that has been optimised to achieve low weight, flexibility and Repeat Performance Technology (RPT) ensuring protection is given even after multiple impacts and can be easily removed allowing for easy care of the fleece vest.
Flexible, breathable and extremely comfortable the Race-Lite Vest is ideal for a range of activities from on and off road motorcycling to skiing and snowboarding.

Multi Density
By using a combination of specialised high-tech energy absorbing materials, we can provide protectors that are less bulky than our competitors whilst offering unrivalled protection.
Repeat Performance Technology
The materials we use offer repeat performance technology. Hard shell protectors can only take one impact and should be discarded immediately after a fall.
Flexibility
A combination of Nitrex technology and Multi layers has enabled Forcefield to offer more lightweight and flexible protectors. This allows the armour to flex with the body and not be restricted by it.
Breathability
The unique triangular Nitrex outer grid has been designed to allow vent holes at the base which allows breathability but also reduces weight.
Moulded Nitrex
This contoured armour is available to protect the shoulders, elbows, forearms, hips and knee and shin. It combines Nitrex technology with a pre formed energy absorbing base and offers protection in excess of the current standard.
